1. How do we transition from the standard highway vehicles to the desert safari?
  • Answer: For all long-distance highway travel (between Cairo, Siwa, and Marsa Matrouh), you will travel in private, modern, air-conditioned vans or cars. Once we arrive at the gateway of the Black and White Deserts, you will switch into fully equipped, professional 4×4 Jeep vehicles perfectly suited for dune driving and off-road exploration.

  • Answer: Camping in the White Desert National Park is an authentic, eco-friendly wilderness experience, so there are no modern restroom or running water facilities at the campsite. However, our Bedouin team ensures a clean, comfortable setup, and you will be checking back into a comfortable hotel with full amenities the very next day.

  • Answer: Yes, this tour is designed to be highly accessible and enjoyable for all age groups. While it covers remote desert areas, the pacing is carefully managed with regular rest stops during drives, comfortable hotel stays, and flexible free time (such as the leisure day in Marsa Matrouh) to ensure nobody feels rushed or exhausted.

  • Answer: The best time to experience this tour is from October to April, when daytime temperatures are pleasant for sightseeing and desert exploration. Please note that desert nights (especially during December and January) can get quite chilly, dropping below 10°C, so packing warm layers for the camping night is highly recommended.
