For instance, this covers transport, accommodation, desert camps, and guided activities. If any part of your tour does not meet our high standards, we pledge to resolve it immediately at our own expense.
Travel Insurance: Additionally, we take full responsibility for our operational services and ground safety protocols. However, we still highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before your departure. This insurance should cover personal medical emergencies, international flight delays, or personal luggage loss.
Fitness & Health: To ensure you have the best possible experience, please inform us of any physical conditions or dietary requirements beforehand. We are fully committed to adapting our itineraries safely. Consequently, we can modify our desert safaris and desert camps to match your exact comfort and fitness level.
Guaranteed Itinerary Execution: First, we plan every detail meticulously. In the rare event of unpredictable local circumstances, we do not simply cancel your trip. For example, if extreme weather or unexpected site closures occur, we guarantee to provide an alternative itinerary immediately. Furthermore, we will offer a premium experience of equal or greater value to keep your trip flawless.
