Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Therefore, if you need to cancel your trip, please submit your request to our team in writing. We process all refunds based on how many days prior to departure we receive your cancellation notice:

  • Cancellation 30+ Days Before Arrival: We will refund your payments. However, please note that we deduct the non-refundable booking deposit and any bank transaction fees.

  • Cancellation 15 to 29 Days Before Arrival: We will charge 50% of the total tour cost as a cancellation fee.

  • Cancellation 7 to 14 Days Before Arrival: We will charge 75% of the total tour cost.

  • Cancellation Less Than 7 Days (or No-Show): We will charge 100% of the total tour cost. Consequently, you will receive no refund.

Peak Season Cancellation Policy

(Christmas, New Year & Easter – Dec 18th to Jan 10th)

During peak seasons, hotel and cruise bookings become strictly non-refundable early on. Therefore, we apply a different policy for these specific dates:

  • Peak Cancellation 60 to 31 Days: We will deduct 50% of the total tour price.

  • Peak Cancellation 30 Days or Less: We will deduct 100% of the total tour price.

⚠️ Force Majeure Note: In rare cases, we must cancel a tour due to extreme weather, safety conditions, or government restrictions. If this happens, we will offer you an alternative travel date or a full refund.
